Hello I’m Colin, founder of SomerPure

Following redundancy, I decided to use the opportunity to create something of my own — an honest Somerset business built around simpler, thoughtfully developed household products.

SomerPure began with a simple idea: to develop a straightforward, plant-based laundry flake made with carefully selected ingredients.

Here in Somerset, I am currently producing and testing coconut-oil soap as the foundation of the laundry flakes. Each trial is helping me assess the manufacturing method, washing performance, dosage and packaging before the product is ready for sale.

SomerPure is still at the development stage, and I’II be sharing the progress honestly — from the early soap batches and practical washing trials through to the finished product.
