Cancelling an Order
If you purchase from our website, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
To cancel, please email hello@somerpure.co.uk with your name, order number and cancellation request. You can also use the statutory model cancellation form where applicable.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Returning Products
Please contact us before arranging a return so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the direct return postage costs. Please package products securely to prevent damage or leakage during transit.
You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. If handling goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, a deduction for diminished value may apply.
Certain statutory exceptions to cancellation rights may apply, but opening a SomerPure pouch does not automatically remove your legal rights.
Refunds
Where you exercise your statutory cancellation right, we will refund the applicable product price and the original standard delivery charge, subject to the legal rules for partial cancellations and upgraded delivery services.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or acceptable evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.
Email: hello@somerpure.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where helpful.
We will assess the problem and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights, including a refund, replacement or other remedy where required.
If we ask you to return a faulty or incorrectly supplied product, SomerPure will cover reasonable return costs where legally required.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
